But

A couple of winters ago, around January 2012, I was unable to afford to heat the studio in my barn and I was forced to lug all the gear into my basement.  It wasn’t really warm, but I could keep it above 55 degrees more economically.  It gave me an excuse to reclaim the place from the mice, though, and after Mitch built a few shelves, it cleaned up nicely.  I had some new Macke Thump speakers to plug in and I taught Isaac how to play drums as a six year old. Eventually though, I got tired of not being able to keep my acoustic guitar in tune so I moved the drum set and the new speakers into the dining room.  Last winter Stacia agreed to blow the dough run the heat in the barn.
